10. Refund Policy
Memberships (Together and Transform, including Connections) are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy: plans renew automatically until cancelled, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge, and all membership payments are non-refundable. 3-day right to cancel: if you cancel within 3 business days of signing up, we will refund any payment in full within 10 days. Email info@eattheweightoff.com or cancel in your account. If a member dies or becomes permanently disabled, the member or their estate can request a refund for the unused portion of their membership. For other paid programs, events, or products, please review the refund terms on the product or registration page; unless otherwise stated there, those sales are final. 11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
