Meet Pamela M. Johnson

Meet Pamela M. Johnson Founder & CEO, Eat the Weight Off Transformation & Wellness Expert Author of the Forthcoming Book — Eat The Weight Off & Keep It Off

Welcome — I’m So Glad You’re Here

I’m Pamela M. Johnson, founder of Eat the Weight Off and Connections. I created this community because I know firsthand how overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting the weight loss journey can be — and I knew there had to be a better way.

A way rooted in compassion, not shame. In community, not isolation. In real food and real life, not impossible rules and unrealistic expectations.

That better way is Eat the Weight Off.

The only global all-in-one digital wellness platform in the world — everything you need, in one place, for one price.

Why I Created This Community

I built Eat the Weight Off so no one would have to walk this journey alone the way I once did.

After losing 140 pounds, I realized that the missing piece for most people isn’t information — it’s support. It’s community. It’s having someone in your corner who truly understands what you’re going through.

So I built that place.

A global, digital community where every member gets equal access, equal support, and a space where their story matters. Where you’re met with compassion instead of judgment, and encouraged every single step of the way.

This isn’t a program built in a boardroom. It was built from my life — and my deep desire to help others feel supported, encouraged, and understood.

My Background

I hold five college degrees:

  • Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts
  • Bachelor of Arts in Speech & Communication
  • Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations
  • Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management
  • Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership

While I am not a certified nutritionist, my academic training has equipped me with the skills to teach, lead, communicate clearly, and build strong, supportive communities.

But my greatest qualification is lived experience.

Losing 140 pounds gives me a deep, personal understanding of the emotional, physical, and mental challenges of this journey. I know the setbacks. I know the victories. And I know what it truly takes to keep going.

This combination of education and lived experience is what allows me to coach, inspire, and support others with authenticity and compassion.

How I Show Up for This Community

I don’t run this community from behind the scenes. I show up — live, present, and accessible — every day.

  • Coaching Café — live drop-in sessions where members can get real-time support
  • Group Coaching — ongoing sessions for accountability and encouragement
  • 1-on-1 Coaching — personalized support for members who want to work directly with me
  • Sip & Share Chats — casual virtual hangouts to connect and share wins
  • Live Events & Workshops — interactive sessions covering nutrition, mindset, emotional wellness, and more

You’re not joining a faceless program. You’re joining a community where the founder genuinely cares — and shows up to prove it.

A Note From Pamela

After losing 140 pounds and transforming my life, I’m still thriving — and now dedicated to helping others create healthy, lasting habits one bite at a time.

If I can eat the weight off, so can you.

This community was built for you — your story, your pace, your journey. No judgment. No perfection required. Just real support, every step of the way.

I’m honored to walk beside you.

Warm regards, Pamela M. Johnson Founder & CEO, Eat the Weight Off

My Journey — From Struggle to Strength

For years, I struggled with my weight. I felt isolated, overwhelmed by diet after diet, and confused by conflicting advice. A health scare forced me to pause, reflect, and finally listen to my body. That moment changed everything.

I stopped fighting myself and started nourishing myself.

Through mindful eating, joyful movement, self-compassion, and GLP-1 support, I lost 140 pounds. But what I gained was far more meaningful — peace, confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My transformation wasn’t about perfection. It was about progress — one intentional step at a time.

And that’s the heart of Eat the Weight Off.
