All Sales Final
Because our products are personal care items, all Weightless Beauty sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, shade, or preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
Email info@eattheweightoff.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Shipping
Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are not refundable. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery are not refunded or reshipped free of charge, so please double-check your address before placing your order.
International Orders
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
