Joining Eat the Weight Off should feel like a clear decision. Here is exactly how cancellations and payments work — no fine print.
The short version
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- All payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time — except during your 3-day right to cancel below.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
3-day right to cancel
If you cancel within 3 business days of signing up, we’ll refund any payment in full within 10 days. Email info@eattheweightoff.com or cancel in your account.
Death or disability
If a member dies or becomes permanently disabled, the member or their estate can request a refund for the unused portion of their membership. Email info@eattheweightoff.com.
Your free month
- Every monthly plan — Together and Transform — starts with a free month.
- One free month per person. If you have had an Eat the Weight Off membership before, your plan does not include another free month — you are charged the regular price when you sign up.
- Your card is required at checkout but is not charged during your free month.
- We email you 7 days before your first charge.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your free month ends and you will never be charged.
Monthly plans
Together is $29 a month. Transform is $67 a month.
- Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
- Monthly payments are non-refundable. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Annual plans
Together Annual is $265 a year. Transform Annual is $597 a year. Annual plans do not include a free month and are charged in full at checkout.
- Your plan renews automatically every year until you cancel.
- We email you a reminder about 30 days before your annual plan renews, and again 7 days before.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for another year.
- Annual payments are non-refundable. After you cancel, you keep access for the rest of the year you paid for.
Switching from monthly to annual
You can switch anytime from the membership levels page. The annual price is charged in full when you switch, and your monthly plan ends.
How to cancel
- Log in and go to your membership account, then choose Cancel. Cancelling online stops your next charge right away.
- Or email info@eattheweightoff.com at least 24 hours before your renewal date and we will cancel it for you.
- You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
1:1 Sessions with Pamela
- You may reschedule a session once at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice are not refunded.
- Completed sessions are not refunded.
Burn and other purchases
Burn is a separate membership managed at burn.eattheweightoff.com, with its own policy. Events, retreats and products may have their own terms, shown on their registration or product page.
