Our Wellness for Kids & Teens Specialization gives parents the tools, resources, and guidance to introduce children and teenagers to healthy eating, joyful movement, and positive body image — in a fun, age-appropriate, and empowering way.
Please note: Eat the Weight Off is designed for adults 18 and older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or join the platform. This Specialization is designed for parents and guardians to use with their children at home.
