Eat The Weight Off

Close the Kitchen at 7

Overview
Curriculum

Six short lessons on the one change that made the rest of my weight loss feel easier: closing my kitchen at 7 p.m.

When I finally looked at when I was eating, most of it happened after 6 p.m. — late into the night. Closing that window did more for me than any single food rule. No counting, no special products. Just a time, a plan for the evening, and a light option when you need one.

What’s inside:

  1. Start here — why I closed my kitchen
  2. Pick your closing time
  3. A dinner that holds you
  4. The after-7 menu
  5. When the night gets loud
  6. Making it hold

Before you start: An eating window is not right for everyone. Talk with your doctor first if you take diabetes medication or insulin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, or are on a GLP-1 and already eating very little. This program shares what worked for me — it is not medical advice.
