No equipment is needed for most Burn Workouts. We offer plenty of no-equipment options you can do at home, at the park, or anywhere you are. For Strength Burn routines, optional resistance bands can be used but are not required.
Absolutely. Burn was designed for every fitness level — including complete beginners. Our Beginner’s Burn series and Gentle Burn routines are perfect starting points. Every workout includes modifications so you can move at your own pace.
Burn Workouts range from 5 minutes to 60 minutes depending on the type and level. Quick Burn sessions are 5–15 minutes for busy days. Full length workouts are available when you have more time. You choose what works for you.
We recommend moving your body every day — but that doesn’t mean intense exercise every day. A mix of Gentle Burn, Quick Burn, and Strength Burn throughout the week is a great approach. Listen to your body and rest when you need to.
