Upcoming "Eat the Weight Off Challenges
1. Veggie Variety Week
Challenge: Try a new vegetable every day for a week.
Goal: Increase fiber, nutrients, and meal variety.
2. Protein with Every Meal
Challenge: Include a source of lean protein in every meal for 7 days.
Goal: Boost satiety and support muscle health.
3. Mindful Eating Challenge
Challenge: Eat every meal distraction-free—no phone, TV, or computer—for 5 days.
Goal: Improve awareness of hunger/fullness cues and prevent overeating.
4. No Sugar-Added Week
Challenge: Avoid foods and drinks with added sugars for 7 days.
Goal: Reduce cravings and reset your sweet tooth.
5. Meal Prep Mastery
