Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Pamela M. Johnson, author of Eat the Weight Off & Keep It Off! and founder of the Eat the Weight Off global online weight loss community. I created this supportive sanctuary for anyone seeking to lose weight, find encouragement, and know they’re never alone.

My transformation began after a serious health scare, which became a powerful wake-up call. Losing over 140 pounds restored my health, confidence, and zest for life. Being able to move freely and pursue long-held dreams filled me with gratitude and a renewed sense of purpose.

My transformation sparked a deep passion for supporting others on their weight-loss journeys. I wrote my book to show you that if I can do it, so can you. By sharing my story, I hope to offer encouragement, practical guidance, and hope to anyone facing similar struggles.

Seeing the need for a welcoming and empowering community, I created Eat the Weight Off so no one would have to walk this path alone. People from around the world find encouragement and support every step of the way.
